Beach Chat with Jean C. Gordon

I love Fridays when an author stops by to chat.  Today is no exception.  Read on!

Name: Jean C. Gordon

Best beach memory:  I don't know about best, but the memory that come to mind first is from my child hood. When we were kids, my dad affectionately called my next younger brother Knucklehead Smith after some character from Dad's childhood. One Sunday afternoon, we were at Beaver Island State Park beach in Western NY, where my parents often took use to swim. My brother, who was a preschooler at the time, got out of Mom's sight and we were all frantically searching the beach when one of the lifeguards announced over the speaker system: "We have little dark curly haired boy at Lifeguard station number whatever, who says his name is Knucklehead Smith.”
